  • Fill your bathtub with hot/warm water and pour 1/2 cup or 1 cup of the soak.

  • To eliminate the clean up afterwards, pour a handful of the soak in the teabag that is provided with each purchase. Tie the teabag and hang it from the faucet of tub as your hot water fills the bathtub
